  • The Calculated CPA is a small firm with one CPA. You will always know exactly who is working on your project. Services are intentional, purposeful, and calculated with your specific situation in mind.

    You can expect a response within 2 business days, although it is often sooner. You’ll always get a response from a human.

  • The Calculated CPA offers tax preparation services on a flat-fee model. This means that after your consultation, you’ll be given a quote so you know exactly how much you will pay. Individual income tax returns start at $275, and business income tax returns start at $450.

    Tax planning and consulting services are billed at $150/hour. Many consults can be completed in under 2 hours.

    The goal is for pricing to be transparent so that you are never surprised by an invoice.
